Job Description

Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst

Reports To: VP of Finance

Summary: This position will perform complex financial analysis to drive key business decisions along with providing support to the President, CFO and Regional Vice Presidents in the areas of budgeting, forecasting and strategic business planning. The Senior Financial Analyst is a pivotal member of our acquisition team. Additional special projects may be assigned.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Responsible for preparing, analyzing and presenting financial information to support operational and strategic decision making.
  • Analyzes past and financial data and estimates future revenues and expenditures. Reviews estimated and realized revenues, trends and costs, commitments, and obligations to project future revenues and expenses.
  • Aid the organization with financial functions, such as budgeting, cost control, and project control.
  • Provide support to the organization including sales and costs initiatives, data/trend analysis, assistance with monthly close process, and various financial analyses
  • Play a significant role in the accurate and timely preparation of internal financial reporting and analysis

Education and Experience

Bachelor's Degree required. Preferred to have a degree in Accounting or Finance, preferred to have an MBA and/or CPA. Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus. 4 to 6 years related experience and advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required.

Minimal Overnight travel required: 10%
